What if the unit gets damaged or tipped over?
Tell us right away. Normal wear is on us. Damage from fire, vandalism, vehicles, graffiti or a tipped unit is billed at repair or replacement cost. Theft is billed at replacement cost. Placing units away from traffic and staking them prevents most problems.
Are there any rules about where it has to be placed?
Pick a flat, firm spot, such as gravel, packed dirt, concrete or short grass. Our service truck must park within about 50 feet. Keep the spot clear of power lines, sprinkler heads and parked cars. Units placed in a street or sidewalk may need a City of Odessa right-of-way permit.
