What we collect
When you send the quote form, we collect the delivery ZIP code, delivery and pickup dates, unit type, quantity, guest or crew size, phone number and the page you sent it from. When you call, we collect your name, phone number, delivery address and payment details needed to book.
How the form is processed
The quote form is sent through Web3Forms (api.web3forms.com), which delivers the submission to our email. Web3Forms processes the data only to deliver it to us.
How we use it
We use your details only to quote, schedule, deliver, service, pick up and bill your rental, and to call or text you about that rental. We do not sell your information or use it for unrelated marketing.
Payments
Card payments are handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers on this website.
Calls and texts
Calls may be recorded for quality and training. We text delivery windows, invoices and driver updates for your order. Reply STOP to end texts.
Analytics
This site may use privacy-respecting analytics and click events (such as phone button taps) to measure which pages help renters. These do not identify you by name.
Retention
We keep booking and invoice records as long as required for tax and accounting. Quote requests that do not become bookings are deleted after 12 months.
