What counts as a VIP restroom?
A VIP restroom is any unit that looks and feels like an indoor bathroom. Our VIP options are single-stall cabins with a flushing toilet and sink, 2-stall and 4-stall restroom trailers, and deluxe flushing units. Each one is stocked with paper, soap, towels and air freshener before guests arrive.

How do you pick between a VIP cabin and a restroom trailer?
Pick a VIP cabin when you want separate private stalls spread around a venue, and a restroom trailer when you want one bathroom building with several stalls. Cabins suit smaller yards. Trailers need a straight drive-in path, level ground, power and water.
| Question | VIP single-stall cabin | Restroom trailer |
|---|---|---|
| Privacy | One user per cabin | Separate stalls in one trailer |
| Hookups | Depends on model; ask | 110 V + water hose |
| Footprint | About 4 × 4 ft each | 12–28 ft long |
| Best for | Garden weddings, VIP tents | Receptions over 100 guests |
How should VIP restrooms be staged at an evening event?
Stage VIP restrooms on a lit path within about 150 feet of the main tent, out of the photo line and downwind of the food. Add a hand-wash station outside the cabins for 100 or more guests. Plan a stocking check halfway through receptions longer than 5 hours.
- Lighting: string lights or a pathway light at each door.
- Screening: place behind a hedge, tent wall or vehicle line.
- Accessibility: add one wheelchair-accessible unit; trailer steps block wheelchairs.
Questions renters ask before they book
Our dispatchers hear these 6 questions often, including “How much are those restroom trailers?” and “Does it come with a lock? It'll be out in public.?” The answers are written the way we explain them on calls. Starting prices appear only here, and your itemized quote confirms the exact total.
How much are those restroom trailers?
A 2-stall restroom trailer starts at $1,750 per event and a 4-stall starts at $2,950. Delivery, setup, stocking and pickup are included. Trailers need a water hookup and a standard power outlet, or we quote a generator and water tank.
Does it come with a lock? It'll be out in public.
Yes. We can add a lock hasp at no charge. You supply the padlock and give the code or key to your crew. Tell us at booking so the driver installs it.
What time will the driver come?
Drivers run from 7 AM to 7 PM. We give you a delivery window when we confirm your order, and the driver calls or texts about 30 minutes before arriving. If you need a tighter window, such as before a crew starts, ask when you book.
Can it go in the street in front of my house?
Only with a permit. A unit placed in a city street or sidewalk in Odessa needs a right-of-way or street-use permit from City of Odessa Public Works. A driveway or yard placement needs no permit.
Is tax added to that, or is that the total?
Texas sales tax is added to rental charges and shown as its own line on your quote. Tax-exempt groups, such as churches, schools and government agencies, pay no tax once we have the exemption certificate on file.
Someone else quoted me less. Can you match it?
Send us the other written quote and we will look at it line by line. Many low quotes leave out pickup, servicing, fuel charges or card fees. If the other quote is complete and lower, we will tell you on the call whether we can match it.
