How does event porta potty rental work?
Event porta potty rental works on one flat rate. We deliver the day before, you use the units for your event, and we pick up the next business day. A Saturday party is delivered Friday and picked up Monday. The flat rate covers up to 7 days on site.
How many porta potties does a party need?
A party needs 1 standard porta potty per 50 guests for up to 4 hours. Add 1 unit for every 4 units when alcohol is served (minimum 1). Add 1 hand-wash station for every 2 toilets when food is served. A 60-guest barbecue with beer needs 3 units and 2 sinks.

Do you need a permit for an event in Odessa?
You need a City of Odessa special event permit for events on city property or streets. File it at least 21 days ahead with the Odessa Police Department; the fee is $25. The application asks about water and sanitation and needs a sketch that shows restroom locations.
City of Odessa special event permit application (PDF). Midland events use the City of Midland special event permit, filed 15 days ahead. Private events on private land usually need no permit.
Where should event porta potties go in a backyard?
Put event porta potties on flat ground, at least 20 feet from food, with a clear path from the guests and a light for evening use. Side yards and the end of a driveway work well. Our truck needs to park within about 50 feet, and a standard unit needs a 48-inch gate.

Questions renters ask before they book
Here are 8 real customer questions with direct answers, beginning with “Does it cost less if I only need it for one day?” and “Do you have any available for this weekend?” Short answers come first, followed by the details that change them. Any prices shown are starting prices, not final quotes.
Does it cost less if I only need it for one day?
No. A one-day party and a full weekend cost the same. The event rate covers up to 7 days on site, so a Friday drop-off and Monday pickup are already included. Most of our cost is the truck trip, not the days the unit sits in your yard.
Do you have any available for this weekend?
Usually, yes, if you call by Thursday. Weekend event units are delivered on Friday and picked up on Monday at no extra charge. Friday slots fill first in spring, graduation season and during the Permian Basin Fair, so book early.
Can you deliver on the day of the event instead of the day before?
We deliver the day before your event by default, and that costs nothing extra. Day-before delivery means your unit is set and checked even if a truck runs late on event day. If you need an event-day morning drop, ask for it. A timed delivery fee may apply.
How many porta potties do I need for 100 guests?
For a 100-guest party of up to 4 hours, plan 2 standard units. If alcohol is served, add 1 unit, so 3 in total. Add a hand-wash station when food is served. Our calculator shows each step of the math.
Do I have to be there when you deliver?
No. You do not need to be home if the spot is clear and the driver can reach it. Mark the spot with a cone, flag or chalk, or text us a photo. If a gate is locked, give us the code or leave it unlatched.
When would you come pick it up?
Event units are picked up the next business day after your event. A Saturday event is picked up on Monday. Jobsite units stay until you call for pickup. We pick up within 1 to 2 business days of your call.
Is there a cancellation policy?
Yes. Cancel 24 hours or more before your scheduled delivery for a full refund. Inside 24 hours, a $75 trip fee applies. Once a same-day truck has left the yard, the trip fee applies. Moving your date with 48 hours' notice is free.
Is tax added to that, or is that the total?
Texas sales tax is added to rental charges and shown as its own line on your quote. Tax-exempt groups, such as churches, schools and government agencies, pay no tax once we have the exemption certificate on file.
