Why do people need a porta potty the same day?
People need a porta potty the same day for four main reasons: a water or sewer outage, a failed septic tank, a supplier that did not show up, or a party planned at the last minute. In our call review, 29 of 125 callers wanted a unit today or tomorrow.
| Situation | What to order | Tip |
|---|---|---|
| Building water shut off | 1 unit per 10–15 staff for the day, plus a hand-wash station | Ask for an open-ended rental until water is back |
| Septic tank failure at home | 1 standard unit on a 28-day cycle | Place it near the back door, on a firm path |
| Jobsite supplier no-show | Match the crew count: 1 per 10 workers | OSHA requires a toilet on day one |
| Last-minute party | 1 unit per 50 guests (4 hours) | Event-day delivery may carry a timed fee |
Where is same-day delivery available?
Same-day porta potty delivery is available in all Odessa ZIP codes (79761–79766), West Odessa, Gardendale, Goldsmith, Penwell, Notrees and Midland (79701–79712). Andrews, Monahans, Crane, Kermit, Stanton and Big Spring often get same-day service before noon, and next-day service otherwise.
What slows a same-day delivery down?
Four things slow a same-day delivery: no street address, a locked gate with no code, a site the truck cannot reach, and peak Friday demand. Send a GPS pin, the gate code and a photo of the spot, and say whether the site has caliche, sand or a cattle guard.

Our water is shut off at the building. How fast can you get units out?

How will the driver find the spot? GPS always sends people to my neighbor.
Tell us when you book and we will add a note to the order. You can also text a pin drop or photo of the exact spot. For ranches, lease roads and pad sites, GPS coordinates work best.
