How do you book a porta potty rental?
You book a porta potty rental by calling (432) 239-8866 or sending the quote form with your ZIP, dates, unit type, quantity and headcount. You get an itemized quote by text or email. Sign it on your phone and pay by card to hold the date. Businesses can apply for net-30 billing.
What happens on delivery day?
On delivery day, the driver calls about 30 minutes ahead, places the unit on the spot you marked, levels it, stakes it if the site is windy, and texts a photo. Event units arrive the day before the event. You do not need to be home if the spot is clear and the gate is open or the code is on the order.
- Mark the spot with a cone, flag or chalk, or text a photo.
- Clear cars, trailers and low wires from the path.
- Give gate codes, lockbox combos and cattle guard notes.
- For lease roads and pads, send a GPS pin.
- Truck clearance: our service trucks need about 10 feet of width and 12 feet of height.
How does servicing work during the rental?
Servicing during a jobsite rental happens once a week on a set route day, and it is included in the 28-day rate. Each visit pumps, scrubs, deodorizes and restocks the unit. Call for an extra visit any day we run. Event units arrive stocked and are not serviced unless the event runs several days.
How do you extend, add units or move the pickup?
To extend, add units or move a pickup, call (432) 239-8866. Jobsite rentals extend on their own every 28 days. Event pickups can move later at no charge when you give us a day's notice. Added units at the same address share the original delivery trip when they go out on the same day.
How do you request pickup and stop billing?
To request pickup and stop billing on a jobsite rental, call (432) 239-8866 or text the office. We pick up within 1 to 2 business days. Billing stops after the 28-day cycle in which you called. Event pickups are already scheduled for the next business day.

Questions renters ask before they book
This section answers 8 questions in the words callers use. It starts with “Do I have to be there when you deliver?” and “What time will the driver come?” Each answer gives the rule or number first, then the conditions that change it. Call (432) 239-8866 for anything not covered here.
Do I have to be there when you deliver?
No. You do not need to be home if the spot is clear and the driver can reach it. Mark the spot with a cone, flag or chalk, or text us a photo. If a gate is locked, give us the code or leave it unlatched.
What time will the driver come?
Drivers run from 7 AM to 7 PM. We give you a delivery window when we confirm your order, and the driver calls or texts about 30 minutes before arriving. If you need a tighter window, such as before a crew starts, ask when you book.
Do I have to call for pickup, or will you just come get it?
Event pickups are scheduled when you book, so you do not need to call. Jobsite and long-term units are not picked up automatically. Call (432) 239-8866 when the job is done. Billing stops at the end of the 28-day cycle in which you call.
What happens if I need it past 28 days?
The rental rolls into a new 28-day cycle and the card on file is charged for that cycle. Weekly service continues. A month and a week counts as two cycles, so call before the next cycle starts if the job is ending.
How will the driver find the spot? GPS always sends people to my neighbor.
Tell us when you book and we will add a note to the order. You can also text a pin drop or photo of the exact spot. For ranches, lease roads and pad sites, GPS coordinates work best.
How do I pay? Do I pay today or closer to the event?
We take Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and ACH. A card holds your date when you book, and we send an itemized invoice by text or email for e-signature. Drivers do not collect payment.
Is there a cancellation policy?
Yes. Cancel 24 hours or more before your scheduled delivery for a full refund. Inside 24 hours, a $75 trip fee applies. Once a same-day truck has left the yard, the trip fee applies. Moving your date with 48 hours' notice is free.
Do I have to clean it before you pick it up?
No. Just close the lid and the door. Please do not put trash, food, diapers or gasoline in the tank. Those items can cause a cleanup charge.
